My name is Peter Schwarz (The Soldman) my friend’s just call me Sold. I am the Owner and Broker of This Sold House Realty, Inc. as well as Schwarz & Baskin Business and Commercial

Brokers, Inc. I have lived and worked right here in the Tampa Bay Area for over 30 years, Florida is my home. While starting my career in real estate investing and seeing how untrained

investors and buyers were harming each other I decided it was time for a change. So I received my real estate license in 2001 and later my broker’s license. I set my sites on helping the public

handle real estate transactions smoothly, easily and the right way.

Education and Experience

With thousands of closings under my belt there’s not much I haven’t seen, however I always look forward to a challenge. Experienced in; Investments, 1031 Exchanges, Short Sales, Sellers broker, Buyer Broker, New Home Sales, Land Acquisitions, Property Management as well licensed CAM. As well as vast experience in Commercial real estate and Business sales. I have spent many years on various committees with the Greater Tampa Bay Realtors Ass. As well as serving as a Mediator for the board. College degree with a focus in psychology and a passion for bringing deals together. My goal is to use my knowledge, experience and education to help clients make smart choices and close with easy and comfort knowing the Soldman is in your corner. Our business is not based on quantity but on quality. I look forward to meeting you in sunny Florida.

Marlene Baskin
